As one of the pioneers of ASMR massage, Nicola is formalising Sensory Touch as a rapidly emerging wellness modality — moving beyond trend-led ASMR massage into a more immersive and professional approach.

Her distinctive method combines feather-light touch, continuous connection, hair play, sound, scent, rhythm, movement and intentional sensory cues to create a deeply immersive, whole-body sensory experience.

Her training is underpinned by in-depth understanding and extensive knowledge of anatomy & physiology, nervous system regulation, client wellbeing, contraindications and safe practice.

Nicola built The Light Touch Collective from the ground up when very few businesses were offering this type of treatment. Students gain access not only to her specialist knowledge, but the real-world experience, lessons and mistakes behind building a successful sensory wellness business.
